Cancellation, amendment, and refund policies for room bookings are determined independently by each individual resort (e.g., standard 7-day or 14-day notice periods, peak-season non-refundable clauses). The specific cancellation terms of the chosen resort will be shared prior to payment confirmation.
As per Rajasthan Forest Department regulations, government safari permits, vehicle fees, and guide charges once booked are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Eligible resort refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days after deduction of applicable service charges and resort cancellation fees.
