Cancellation, amendment, and refund policies for room bookings and customized resort itineraries are determined independently by each individual private resort management (e.g., standard 7-day or 14-day notice periods, peak-season non-refundable clauses). The specific cancellation terms of your selected resort property will be shared clearly with you by our travel assistance team prior to final payment confirmation.
As per strict statutory regulations enforced by the respective State Forest Departments, official national park safari permits, vehicle allocations, and guide charges once generated through the government systems are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances whatsoever.
All eligible resort refunds approved by the property management will be processed back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days after the deduction of the applicable partner service charges and the respective resort cancellation fees. Every transaction adjustment is backed by our official corporate receipts.
